I was commissioned by the Canadian Olympic Committee to develop and facilitate a one-hour webinar to over 60 Olympic- and National-level coaches across Canada.

Drawing on insights from 2 research studies, I translated findings into clear, actionable strategies that coaches could adopt to safeguard the mental health of athletes. This project demonstrated how research can be mobilized into engaging content, helping inform stakeholders with evidence-based knowledge and address a priority that previously lacked sufficient training opportunities.
